After doing his post-gratuation in internal medicine, he has worked as registrar for three years in department of cardiology at government medical college Patiala. He has served the society in field of cardiology for more than three decade. He is former member of Punjab Medical Council and former president of india medical association Ludhiana. He also served as member of health committee of IMA. He worked as a visiting Counsltant In Forties Hospital Mohali, SPS APPOLO Hospital and Hero DMC of Ludhiana. With aim of providing world best and affordable cardiac care to the society, He has now started Deepak Heart Institute and working as Head and Director of the same.
